Why is my API access locked or disabled? This can happen when the daily request limit has been reached, when a token is invalid, or when suspicious or abusive usage is detected. If you only reached your daily limit, you can wait for the reset or upgrade to a package with a higher request volume. For regular use, larger volumes or automated validation, you can use one of the API packages. The API and MCP interface are designed for reliable integration in shops, back-office systems and AI tools.

Are entered IBANs or account details stored?

No. IBANs, account numbers and bank codes entered for checks or generation are not stored for later use.

Account and API access data is stored only where it is needed to manage your user account, prevent misuse and provide the booked service.

Why are not all countries supported?

IBAN-Test supports countries where reliable validation data and rules are available.

Some services generate IBANs for more countries without validating the underlying bank and account details. We prefer fewer supported countries with better checks and clearer results.
